*Beginning Monday, April 29th, 2013, the intersection of Capitol Dr. and Ballard Rd. will be closed for construction.  Construction is scheduled to last until mid-June.  Please use an alternative route from Northland Avenue.  From Northland Ave please take Roemer Road or Conkey Street to Capitol Drive. 

From the South:
Coming from the south take US-41 N towards Appleton. Take exit 144 for Ballard Rd/Counrty Rd E. Turn right on N Ballard Rd/Co Rd E (South). Take the 1st left onto E Capitol Dr. Encircle Health will be on the left.

From the North:
Coming from the north take US-41 S towards Appleton. Take exit 144 for Ballard Rd/County Rd E. Turn left on N. Ballard Rd/Co Rd E (South). Take the 1st left onto E Capitol Dr. Encircle Health will be on the left.

From the West:
Coming from the west, take US-10 E/WI-49 S and continue onto WI-441 N. Take the Co Rd OO/Northland Ave exit. Turn left on Co Rd OO/E Northland Ave. Take the 2nd right onto N Roemer Rd. Encircle Health will be on the left.

From the East:
Coming from the east, take US-10 W. Turn right at Co Rd N N. Turn left at Calumet St/Co Rd KK. Take a slight right to merge onto WI-441 N toward Green Bay. Take the Co Rd OO/Northland Ave exit. Turn left at Co Rd OO/E Northland Ave. Take the 2nd right onto N Roemer Rd. Encircle Health will be on the left.
